Terms of Service for 320 Perfect LLC d/b/a SaunaFlo

1. Welcome to SaunaFlo

Welcome to 320 Perfect LLC, doing business as SaunaFlo (“SaunaFlo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We specialize in custom sauna design, assembly, and installation services. By accessing or using our website (https://saunaflo.com/) or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Your Agreement

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates or changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods or services from SaunaFlo. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Upon acceptance of your order, we will issue a confirmation email outlining the order details.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to initiate the production of your custom sauna.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery and installation.
  • Until full payment is received, the sauna remains the property of SaunaFlo. Failure to complete payment may result in the recovery of the sauna.

4.3 Non-Refundable Purchases

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted.

4.4 Pricing Adjustments

Prices are subject to change prior to order confirmation. Your total price will include applicable taxes, fees, and additional charges such as shipping or storage fees, if applicable.

5. Custom Sauna Specifications

5.1 Space and Access

You are responsible for ensuring adequate space and access at the installation site as per the dimensions provided in your quote. Clear and unobstructed access to the installation location is required to complete the project.

5.2 Handcrafted Nature

Our saunas are handcrafted. While we adhere to rigorous quality standards, minor imperfections such as small gaps, wood chips, or visible fasteners may occur and do not affect the functionality or durability of the sauna. The final product may differ slightly from photos or samples provided.

5.3 Electrical Work

All electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician. You may hire your own electrician or select one recommended by us. SaunaFlo assumes no responsibility or liability for electrical work, which is not included in our quotes.

6. Delivery and Installation

6.1 Scheduling and Changes

Delivery and installation dates must be mutually agreed upon. While we strive to meet agreed-upon schedules, we reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather. If you request a date change with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $250 rebooking fee may apply.

6.2 Acceptance and Storage

You must accept delivery within 14 days of project completion. If delivery is not accepted within this timeframe, storage fees may apply at market rates.

6.3 Authorization

By signing the installation authorization form, you acknowledge that you are the owner or authorized representative of the premises where the sauna will be installed. You authorize SaunaFlo and its agents or subcontractors to perform the installation as outlined in the invoice and these Terms. Your signature constitutes your personal guarantee to pay for the goods and services provided.

7. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using SaunaFlo products, you acknowledge and understand that participation in sauna use involves inherent risks, hazards, and dangers, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, property damage, health complications, or, in extreme cases, death. These risks may arise from a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, exposure to high temperatures, improper use of the product, pre-existing medical conditions, physical or mental distress, or acts, omissions, carelessness, or negligence by SaunaFlo or others.

You acknowledge that sauna use is inherently voluntary and that you are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically, mentally, and medically capable of safely using our products. By proceeding, you expressly assume all risks and dangers associated with the use of sauna products, whether described herein, known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, inherent or otherwise.

You also acknowledge that risks associated with the ownership, transportation, installation, and storage of sauna products may exist. Recognizing the potential hazards and dangers involved, you voluntarily choose to purchase and use SaunaFlo products and accept full responsibility for all risks of property loss, personal injury, and any other damages that may arise.

The description of risks provided in this agreement is not exhaustive. You agree that there may be other risks, known or unknown, inherent or not, associated with sauna use, and you accept and assume all such risks as part of your decision to purchase and use SaunaFlo products. By purchasing, you affirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the terms outlined in this assumption of risk.


8. Limitation of Liability

SaunaFlo’s total liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to your purchase of our products or services, regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific product or service that directly gives rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall SaunaFlo be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of contracts, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, increased costs, or liabilities to third parties, arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or inability to use our products or services, even if SaunaFlo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Further, no claim or action related to the purchase of our products or services may be brought against SaunaFlo more than one (1) year after the date of shipment of the product or delivery of the service.

9. Intellectual Property and Media Release

9.1 Intellectual Property

All designs, materials, and proprietary information provided by SaunaFlo remain the exclusive property of SaunaFlo. You are prohibited from copying, reverse-engineering, or reproducing any of our products without our explicit written consent.

9.2 Media Release

We reserve the right to use photos or videos of your installed sauna for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing at hello@saunaflo.com before the installation date.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaunaFlo, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to comply with applicable laws.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts or through JAMS arbitration in Broward County, Florida, at our discretion.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.


Residential Sauna Warranty

Thank you for choosing 320 Perfect LLC for your sauna purchase. We take pride in delivering a product that reflects superior quality and craftsmanship. This document outlines the terms and conditions of your warranty coverage, including for the Heater.


1. Warranty Period

  • Heater: Covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.
  • Sauna: Covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.


2. Warranty Coverage

  • Heater: This warranty covers defects in construction, manufacturing, and materials. If a defect is identified within the warranty period, 320 Perfect LLC will repair or replace the defective part at no cost. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.
  • Sauna: This warranty covers defects in construction, manufacturing, and materials. If a defect is found, 320 Perfect LLC, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective components. This warranty excludes damages caused by neglect, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or rot and decay rendering the sauna unusable.


3. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact 320 Perfect LLC within the warranty period.
  • Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue, including photographs if possible.
  • 320 Perfect LLC will assess the claim and, if valid, take the appropriate action as outlined in this warranty.


4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Labor costs for repairs, replacements, or reinstallation.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance or safety, such as scratches, stains, or discoloration.
  • Failures caused by external factors or acts of God (e.g., theft, fire, lightning, flood).
  • Heating elements, as they are considered consumable parts.
  • Damage caused by failure to assemble or install the sauna in strict accordance with the user manual.
  • Overnight freight or special shipping costs for replacement parts.
  • Any liability exceeding the original purchase price of the sauna.


5. Actions That Void the Warranty

This warranty will be voided if:

  • Non-approved third-party parts are used.
  • Sauna heater rocks are not placed according to the manual’s directions.
  • The sauna is not placed on a flat, solid surface.
  • Modifications are made to the size, shape, materials, heater, thermometer, or thermostat.
  • Repairs are performed by anyone not licensed or authorized by 320 Perfect LLC.
  • Materials or substances other than tap water are placed on the sauna heater rocks.
  • Items or accessories are mounted within 12 inches of the heater.
  • The sauna is not connected to a dedicated circuit with appropriate amperage as specified in the user manual.


6. Limitation of Liability

320 Perfect LLC is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the sauna or heater.


7. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the sauna.


8. General Terms
